Tell us what you're considering, including products, quantities, personalization, and your preferred delivery date. There's no commitment to purchase. We'll review your request and contact you within 1–2 business days.
3. Create It Together
Design & Approve
We'll work with you personally to finalize your design, personalization, quantities, and pricing.
Once you approve the artwork, we'll send your invoice.
4. Begin Your Order
50% Deposit & Production in Bethlehem
Pay a 50% deposit securely online to begin production and your estimated 6–12 week delivery timeframe. Your order is then handcrafted and personalized in Bethlehem.
Planning a fundraiser? Within approximately 1–2 weeks, we'll send professional photographs and a product description featuring your actual customized item so your church can begin promoting presales while production continues.
5. From Bethlehem to Your Parish
Final Payment, Inspection & Delivery
The remaining 50% is due when your order ships from the Holy Land. Once received by Bethlehem Crafts, we personally inspect your items and prepare each one in a gift bag with your church's customized Certificate of Authenticity before shipping your completed order to you.
