All our items are hand made in Bethlehem or Jerusalem from sustainably sourced olive wood from the Holy Land. Due to the natural qualities of olive wood and the unique artistic skill of each craftsman, items may slightly differ from the pictures. High quality olive wood can vary between light golden to deep caramel colored with a uniform tone or distinctive variegation. All sales are final. But if a product arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to exchange the item for one of equal value. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of consumer.
